Franklin’s Industries was one of the first job shops in San Diego to own and operate waterjet machines. The years of experience and skill we have accumulated have taught us to integrate waterjet cutting into many facets of our work. These machines can cut through any material with the exception of tempered glass. Our new Mitsubishi waterjet is capable of handling 72” x 144” sheets and with its 90KSI KMT pump, we are able to cut materials thick and thin with great speed and accuracy.
Our Accurpress Advantage 100 ton x 10 foot press with extensive punches and dies allow usto perform many of your press brake needs. Our 60” x ¼” plate roll and tubing bender give us the flexibility to perform many medium sized fabrication functions.
Our Mori Seiki with live tooling and Okuma Lathes enable us to turn parts up to 12” in diameter. The live tooling keeps multiple set ups down to a minimum and helps to ensure we manufacture parts with the accuracy you expect.
With our wide variety of 3, 4 and 5-Axis CNC mills, we are capable of machining even the most difficult of parts. Our highly trained programmers and operators are unparalleled in their trade.
